How does the AI feedback work?+
After each session, Ovation gives you both objective speaking analytics and personalized AI coaching. You can review your transcript, speaking rate, filler word usage, verbal pauses, and other delivery metrics to understand how you performed.
The AI feedback is powered by Factors, which are customizable criteria that tell Ovation what skills to evaluate. You can use built-in Factors like clarity, structure, empathy, persuasiveness, fluency, and engagement, or create your own for a specific class, interview, roleplay, or training program. Ovation then scores your performance against those Factors and provides targeted coaching notes, so you know what went well, what needs work, and how to improve in your next session.
